Municipal elections take place on Tuesday, Nov. 8, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., in the cities of Dover, Portsmouth, Somersworth and Rochester. If you’re not registered to vote, be sure to call your city clerk and find out how. Also make sure to find out which ward you live in.
