ReStore moving to Newington

Southeast New Hampshire Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore will soon occupy the former location of Roller Skate Newington. The store, currently located in Dover, will move into its new home at the end of September, just before its third birthday.

ReStore sells donated building materials and home improvement supplies at 50 to 80 percent below retail prices. On July 11, it received approval from the Newington Planning Board to convert the building at 29 Fox Run Road into a 19,000-square-foot store—more than double the size of its Dover location.

The new facility will have a larger retail space and will also add a donation center for drop-offs, along with 90 parking spaces. Items related to the former roller rink will be displayed throughout the store.

ReStore will remain open at 15 Fourth St. in Dover until the move.
