Anti-bullying program in Seabrook
Parents are invited to attend a free two-part program aimed at helping to make sense of bullying behavior at Seacoast Youth Services in Seabrook. The sessions take place on Wednesdays, Feb. 9 and 16, from 6 to 8 p.m.
The sessions will cover topics such as: what is bullying, how and where does it occur, myths about bullying, characteristics of bullying and cyberbullying, and the roles and needs of bullies, victims and bystanders. Presenters will include Rick Alleva, extension educator at 4-H Youth Development; and John Battye, parent educator with Families First. The event is co-sponsored by the UNH Cooperative Extension.
