Flowers won’t be the only things blooming in the garden this weekend. Local cellist Kristen Miller will celebrate the release of her new CD “Walk” with a performance in the gardens of the Hamilton House in South Berwick, Maine, on Sunday, July 18.
The show is part of the Garden Concert Series, with performances every Sunday in July. Guests are invited to bring lawn chairs and picnics while they listen to Walker, a Newburyport, Mass.-based musician who combines spoken word poetry and music.
The performance begins at 4 p.m. on July 18 at the Hamilton House, 40 Vaughan’s Lane, South Berwick, Maine. Tickets are $8 for adults, $7 for seniors or $4 for students. The Garden Concert Series concludes with a set from the Maine Squeeze Accordion Ensemble on Sunday, July 25.
