Scott Spradling from WMUR Channel 9 moderate forums between Executive Council candidates Chuck Morse and Bev Hollingworth and State Senate candidates Martha Fuller Clark and Dan Hughes at a Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce Breakfast Forum on Wednesday, Oct. 18. The event will be held at The Frank Jones Center, 7:30 to 9 a.m. Cost of the breakfast is $15 for Chamber members and $20 for nonmembers.
