As of March 1, we’d received 165 CDs, totalling 1,606 new songs recorded as part of the RPM Challenge. More than 500 musicians participated in RPM.

So on March 9, we’re having a party and listening to tracks from every single completed CD. It’ll take more than one building to hold all that music—in fact, it will take five! We’re starting at The Music Hall at 7pm, then moving on to four simultaneous listening parties from 8:30-midnight. The evening will be broken into three 50-minute music blocks at each venue, programmed as you see at right; then during the last hour of the night, from 11-midnight, there will be random play of all genres mixed together.

All events are free and open to the public. For more information, check out www.rpmchallenge.com.
