On Saturday, July 22, more than 70 performers will descend on sidewalks across downtown Portsmouth for 8 hours of open-air music and art as part of Busk Till Dusk, a brand-new citywide festival meant to encourage the arts in ever-gentrifying Portsmouth. Below is a schedule of the participating artists and locations. The rain date is Sunday, July 23.
