Chefs Glenn Smith and Kathy Gallant of Blue Moon Natural Food will offer cooking classes this January and February, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m.. Classes include “Low Glycemic Cooking,” “Exotic and Easy Thai,” “Dinner in Tuscany,” “Tricks and Techniques,” “Take the Mystery Out of Vegetarian Cooking,” “Basic Vegan Cooking,” “Sauces and Salad Dresing,” “Cooking for Teens,” and “Soups and Stews for the Season.” Each class costs $30 per person or $50 per couple.
