The last meal was served at Crescent City Bistro, at the corner of Central Ave and Washington Street, on Sunday, May 21. Owner Chris “Koz” Kozlowski last week told a reporter for the Portsmouth Herald that his time will now be divided between his one-month-old son and his second restaurant, Orchard Street Chop Shop, located on Orchard Street behind Crescent City. In the article, Kozlowski indicated that in owning two restaurants, he lost focus on his passion for cooking. |
