Age: 44
Rochester res. 39 yrs.
Occupation: major account manager, Waste Management of N.H.

-If elected, what is the top goal you would like to see
accomplished?
I would like to see the continued growth of commercial
development.
-What kinds of new businesses would you like to see in
Rochester?
I would like to attract commercial office space for
professional services and high tech, requiring a skilled labor force. With
dwindling commercial space to our south, Rochester is in a very good position
for future growth.
-How much do you think the city should invest in the
Riverwalk project, to connect the northern and southern sections of the city?
Funding the River Walk should come from donations, grants
and fundraising. No Rochester tax
dollars.
-Would you support a request from the Police Department
to add more fulltime officers to its staff?
Yes, if this would help the department become more
proactive.
-What would you do to promote the arts in Rochester and
support the city’s growing artistic community?
The Rochester Opera House has become a destination and brings
patrons to our downtown. I want to continue to support Rochester Main Street,
which will help revitalize the downtown. I would also like to see the empty
buildings in our downtown rehabilitated with a mix of commercial and
residential space.
-What is your favorite event at the Rochester Fair?
I personally enjoy walking through the exhibits and the
harness racing.
