After 25 years at 25 Market St., Tulips has moved to 57 Bow St. in Portsmouth. Tulips has been representing local and national artists and craftspeople since 1981. Works by local artisans include Salamandra Glass rondells, Sarah Minor floorcloths, Nina Herlihy environmental assemblages, David Robinson pottery and Rob Rossell tiles.
